Our Urban Challenge class is one of our oldest standing group fitness challenges which will push you to lose weight, get in great cardio shape, and gain some lean muscle! With instructor Dave Tokie, you'll be guided on a 8 week course with 3 workouts a week that meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am. On the first day, you'll go through a series of body assessments which include a fitness test, measurements, a weigh in, and a bodyfat analysis to use as a marker for your progress when re-assessed at the end of the program. In the summer months, workouts will be outside weather permitting. We started our last challenge Monday, January 25th, but it's not too late to jump in!
Pricing for the Urban Challenge is $150 for the 8 week course.
