   Hi, I’m Wade Schmidt, personal trainer at The Gym in Traverse City Michigan. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness and health have always been my passion in life, but my main drive is to help others succeed. As a trainer, I create personalized plans to help clients reach their goals. Whether the goal is building muscle, fat loss, or mobility in everyday life, I can help you achieve it. A little progress each day adds up to big results!

     In my training sessions, I educate my clients and give them the tools necessary to continue their health journey. Training sessions include knowledge and proficiency on hypertrophy training, strength training, proper form, exercise selection, time under tension, and progressive overload. We will also create valuable skill sets on programing, functionality/mobility, recovery, and meal planning for building muscle and fat loss as well. Through our training sessions you will learn how to master these skills and be most efficient with your time spent in the gym.
